Signed up for a free trial. Life got in the way so forgot to cancel. Tried to cancel after last bill to get a refund because I never used it (I've been able to do this with other subscription services without hassle). Turns out I'm paying monthly for a yearly contract that I didn't want and have to pay for the months I've not used and a bit extra if I want to cancel. This is the most shady practice I've ever seen when I comes to subscription services. How can they get away with this?

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you buy a subscription... https://www.adobe.com/legal/subscription-terms.html
