I went to cancel my acct and it says I have no paid plans when I do and have been charged every month so how do I resolve this? TY

If you do not have a subscription https://account.adobe.com/plans and you do not have a 2nd email, you need to call the fraud number for your credit card and report your number as being stolen... and get a new credit card with a different number

No has nothing to do with fraud I do have a paid plan Adobe photography LR and PS and it gets auto paid each month but now when I went in my programs it says I have no plan thx

No, I've had adobe photography plan for many years and now I see it says I don't have any paid plans but yet they do take the money out each month
