Adobe canceled my annual student plan yesterday due to fraud and although I paid the money on the day I purchased it, I cannot enter the programs for this reason and they have not made the payment. What should I do in this case? I have a project to finish right now and I can't reach customer service.

Hi there,
We understand this is not what you expected. However, we can't discuss the details of the case here as this is a public forum. You'll need to start a private chat session with the support team. What happened when you tried to reach support?
Let us know.
Regards,
Shivangi

We currently don't get any explanation as to why. I have already talked about this several times and for now we have to wait. I don't know if I will ever be able to buy a plan for my account again. I also have an account linked to Behance that I have had for many years and don't want to lose.
The recommendation is to purchase a new plan for a different email address currently.

you can start a trial subscription (with a different adobe id/email). BUT if your problematic subscription is restored, you must remember to cancel that trial (preferably) within 7 days, or you'll have have two subscriptions when that trial becomes a paid subscription.
if the problematic subscription is cancelled permenently, you'll have a different subscription (if you don't cancel). purchasing directly from adobe.com (https://creative.adobe.com/plans), assures a legal vendor.
