Hi there,

If you cancel your subscription before the contract expires you are charged a cancellation fee. Please see this link to understand terms & policies: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html#cancel

Hope this helps!

Thanks

Kanika

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you buy a subscription... https://www.adobe.com/legal/subscription-terms.html

You agreed to a purchase contract, and there is fee if you cancel early

To Cancel https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-creative-cloud-subscription.html
-FAQ https://community.adobe.com/t5/account-payment-plan/cancel-subscription-faq-s/td-p/11843852
-do be aware that cancelling early means paying 1/2 of the remaining time as a fee
