I was made aware by someone in the US that Adobe are increasing the £9.98 subscription to £14.99 on 15 January. I dont use any of the 20gb storage so its going to be a costly increase especially as I cant have any updates now as my PC is not compatible!
However I learned that you can retain the £9.98 by going to your account, choosing manage plan, and changing it to paying annually.
However when you go to "Manage Plan" the only option is to cancel the plan!
Any ideas
yes. prices don't change during a subscription. plus, you'll get an email about renewal when your subscription is about to renew.

you are correct; changing to pay annually will still cost the same.
contact support to make the change. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Since your question is about payment details for the Photography plan, I've moved your post from Creative Cloud Desktop to Account, Payment, & Plan.
