Adobe Certification from store.entrepreneur.com - is this a scam?

Was reading an article on Entrepreneur.com and at the bottome it advertised a limited time deal to get "certified" in different Adobe CC applications.  It listed many "hours" of class time sessions, that would then allow you to become certified.  Is this a scam?  The Adobe CC membership, by itself, includes thousand of hours of included (free) tutorials.  So I figured this isn't real.  Can anyone verify this?

Here is the link to the "Certification Classes"  (it's just a splash page, but then if you want the "product" it will ask for your credit card info, later)

It's real.  LinkedIn Learning is real too but has nothing to do with Adobe. They're in business to sell their online courses.

Adobe certified courses in prep for the ACA or ACE exams are offered only through Adobe certified training programs & testing centers.

“Certified” means you get a certificate. Doesn’t mean it’s an Adobe certificate. That’s not a scam, just a course. There are hundreds of courses in Adobe products, at all levels, and there should be. If it said “Adobe certified” but it wasn’t then it would be a scam. Basically if you want an Adobe certification start by learning what certificates they offer. They are very advanced for the most part; for experts with years of experience.
