Adobe charged me when I was attempting to try the app on Free Trial Month!!

I downloaded the Photoshop application, trying to test it in the free trial month, but it was uploaded to my 
Apple account.  What should I do? I just wanted a month of free trial to test the app

The Photoshop trial is 7 days, not a month. Sounds like your trial was converted after the free trial period ended.

Did you purchase the plan through the Apple store? Or from Adobe? If it was purchased through the App Store, please refer to this link:
