Adobe Charges on My Credit Card

Hello! I have a problem. I do not have any active subscription with Adobe, yet my credit card is being charged every month. I am not sure if this is linked to an old account. However, no one has been able to tell me why I am being charged or which account it is linked to. How can I resolve this, and who should I contact?
