Kindly help us understand more. I see that you have an active Creative cloud subscription purchased in the last 24 hours. The payment is taken in advance and not at the end of the month. Please let us know if there is any other query you have regarding the payment.

and for others, there's a free 1 week trial offered (once only) where you won't be charged, but that's only offered once.  ie, if you try to start another trial, there is no free trial period.
