Possuo dois planos da Adobe, CC e Substance. A Adobe SEMPRE cobra errado estes valores. Segundo o banco, há uma "conversão para dólar" que aumenta o valor de cada parcela. Eu uso um cartão pré-pago para evitar esses problemas e a cobrança não é feita pois o valor cobrado não está disponível.
Já estou cansado desse problema e acabarei cancelando minhas assinaturas. Não há um email de contato e a equipe da Adobe foge do atendimento.
Não faço ideia de quem poderia me atender neste fórum. A Adobe nunca teve um atendimento tão ruim.

Thank you for your feedback. I've just cancelled my two plans. Adobe is a monopolist company with no regard for its clients.
There are free and good alternatives for each Adobe software around.
