Adobe Creative Cloud Reimbursement

I decided to use the Adobe Creative Cloud free-trial period of 7 days on the 23rd of November. After some testing, I understood that it wasn't for me, and I cancelled my plan on the same day. Fast forward to the 30th of November and a 19.99€ payment to Adobe was deducted from my bank account. I'm looking for a full refund of this value, as soon as possible, and I'm so disappointed that this payment took place, as it shows unprofessionalism in the way that Adobe handles these free-trials, and their customers.

This disappointment grew into frustration while I was trying to find a direct way to contact you to solve the issue, as you do not offer a single option of direct contact (and I do not consider this post as a direct form, I would consider a direct form of contact something such as a chat - and I think you have some sort of chat with a virtual assistant, but you make it so hard to find it is ridiculous) other than some phone numbers. I mean, it is rather surprising for me that a company like Adobe has this type of poor customer support, but I guess I'm just being too naive about expecting good customer support from every company when in truth the only thing you care about is the money of your customers, even when they are not actually subscribed to your service.

This complaint aside, as I've said above, I want a refund of 19.99€ as soon as possible. Thank you.

you're not alone with this problem, but adobe support, these are user-to-user forums, should help you.  if not, or even if they help, please follow-up here.  there's more that can be done.

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
