Hi,
In spring 2020, with the purchase of HP Zbook laptop, I received several annual vouchers for the Adobe CC service. I used vouchers, but there was a problem with one of the accounts. Adobe has sent nie e-mail
that your account will be migrated and your subscription will no longer be valid. I am attaching a photo with the content of an email from Adobe. Please let me know if the problem is related to the Adobe account or the voucher? The account could be created as a school account and has expired? Thank you in advance for your help.

Sorry to hear that you are facing trouble. Unfortunately, you won't find the help you need at these forums. These are peer-to-peer forums, with no one here having access to your account information. You will most probably have to connect to your school IT department to sort this out. If that is not possible then you may try contacting Adobe support.
Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.
