  My trial version of Adobe Creative Cloud is, without my consent, automatically converted into a annual subsription.

Is this a standard Adobe procedure?

Yes IF YOU go over the 7 day Trial period without canceling the subscription. You still have 14 days to cancel and supposedly the payment that was made should be returned.

 

You can cancel by logging onto the main Adobe website and going to your account.

 

Cancel your Creative Cloud membership

Did you cancel before your trial ran out?  If not, then yes.  this is normal.

  1. Sign-in to your Adobe account below with a browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers. 
    https://account.adobe.com/plans
  2. Hit the Manage Plan button.
  3. If you still need help to cancel, scroll down to Contact Adobe on the same page.
  4. In the online chat box, type Agent followed by Enter/Return key.
