ADOBE DOES NOT LET ME CANCEL MY ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION!!

I have now wasted close to an hour, trying to figure out how to cancel my existing subscription with adobe 😞  I went though this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

but do not see the "Manage Plans" option on my account. Any help would be appreciated. I am located in Singapore.

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

I'm on with customer service in the chat window (low right corner) and he's saying they will charge me $30 for cancelling. Unreal.

That's what you agreed to when you joined.  It means you have 6 months of service remaining.  You agreed to a 12 month term.  There is a 50% early termination fee. 

 

To avoid penalty fees, wait until your 12th month of service to cancel -- before it auto renews for another year.  Or cancel early and pay the fee.  Your choice.

the penalty for early cancellation used to be in the fine print, but not now.  it's obvious, and people still miss it.

 

 when you subscribed maybe it still was fine print, but it was there in your agreement.
