Adobe don't register payment

I have a subscribition on Adobe (Photoshop, Lightroom etc). I pay every month, but now I cannot work with Lightroom. It says that my trial is over, and I have to register and pay. I have NO trial - and everythings is paid through my subscibtion. That I have this is confirmed in my overview. Can anyone tell my what to do, please ? Happy New Year! All the best UffeC - Denmark
