Adobe es una estafa y te cobran muy caro por cancelar

Hola llevo 2 meses pagando un plan y lo quiero cancelar por que casi no lo estoy usando y despues volverlo a contratar pero sorpresa me quieren cobrar mucho dinero por cancelar y ni en sueños les vuelvo a pagar algo. tengan cuidado mejor usen otros programas ya que son unos ESTAFADORES y cobran por nada

a mucha gente le esta pasando, como consumidores tenemos que quejarnos y hacer viral sus estafas y aparte nunca responden el chat ni los correos

if you have a billing question, contact adobe support. there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

There is no scam... you did not read

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you enter your credit card number to buy a subscription... See this page for more information, including a yellow highlited section from the subscription page https://community.adobe.com/t5/account-payment-plan-discussions/adobe-hidden-contract-is-disgusting/...
-do be aware that cancelling early means paying 1/2 of the remaining subscription time as a fee
--this is cancelling AFTER the trial converts to paid and BEFORE the end of the subscription

Me sumo a ti. Yo contrate el periodo de prueba y como en la mayoría de las aplicaciones di por hecho que si cancelaba antes de un mes, cuando detallan que se te hará el primer cargo, no habría coste alguno y por supuesto lo que nunca pense que se atreviesen a cobrar medio año cuando descubres la ESTAFA. 

Jugar a la trampa repercute en la reputación de una empresa y aquí dejo constancia de mi experiencia- La información ambigua y jugar a poner letra pequeña ofreciendo un periodo de prueba que no caduca como en la aplastante mayoría de los casos al meses es jugar sucio.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
