Does Adobe Government subscription even exist? I've been waiting 40 minutes and have had 7 transfers, and still no one knows how to assist me!

It's almost like no reading is done before replying.

I did call, hence my statement, "I've been waiting 40 minutes and have had 7 transfers, and still no one knows how to assist me!". my 85 minutes phone call resulted in being transferred again to a line that only gave an option to leave a message and wait for a return phone call.
