Adobe Ireland still taking money

Sorry but this service is 4 years over and the Adobe Ireland company is still taking my money. I don't have any active plans in my account. Last one finished 2018.... 

 

My bank seems to have problem with cancellation of this one as well. 

 

Can someone please finally stop taking the money for something I don't even use or have as a plan? 

And don't give me the link to the page where I can't really speak to anyone. 

I need solution now. It's 4 year overdue. 

 

Can someone navigate me to a real people who deal with this? 

What is the problem here ? When will they give me money back for a service I am not signed for ?
