I've been paying for a subscription for years and each time I have to find a workaround as it keeps asking me to do an upgrade or buy a plan and the sad part is no customer support...

Also please ensure your computer meets current CPU and GPU system requirements.

Adobe products can't run on unsupported equipment.  Most Creative Cloud apps work on:

  • Windows 11 (64-bit), Windows 10 versions 21H2, 21H1, 20H2, 2004, and 1909 (LTSB branches are not supported;)
  • macOS 12 (Monterey), macOS 11 (Big Sur), macOS 10.16 or 10.15 (Catalina).

If you don't have modern equipment and OS sufficient to run modern apps, don't upgrade.  Keep using what you have.  Disable automatic app upgrades from your Creative Cloud desktop preferences.
