Adobe Keeps Trying to make me sign out

Hi!

 

Adobe keeps asking me to sign out of a device so I can use Acrobat, etc on my current device. But I am already signed in on that device, and haven't used up my licenses. I use illustrator and photoshop on this device daily, but I can't for the love of god seem to download and launch any other program from Creative Cloud without it trying to kick me off of my current device so that I can use my current device. Please help!! I long to read a pdf like a functional human being!!

Simonep79642289, sorry you keep being signed out of the Creative Cloud desktop app.  Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/troubleshoot-creative-cloud-sign-out-sign-in.html for steps you can take to resolve this behavior.  Please update this public forum discussion, if you have any questions regarding the steps listed in the document.
