Mein LR prepaid 20 TB läuft bis 03/2026.  Nun habe ich auf Grund der neuen Bedingungen soeben bei Amazon ein

gekauft. Ich brauche weder Photoshop noch den Cloud-Speicher.. Ich arbeite nur am Desktop mit LrC

Worauf muss ich noch verzichten?

Organisiseren und & Teilen (Export als .jpg) wird in der neuen Version mit automatischer Velängrung eigens angeführt....

Muss ich jetzt noch bis Ende 05/2025  mein neues  LrC aktivieren? Oder bleibt  die Berechtigung zur Aktivierung auch nach 03/2026, dem Ablaufdatum meines aktuellen Abos,  gültig?

if what you purchased is not same as your current plan, you won't want to use it now (otherwise, both will run concurrently).  and it's not clear whether what you purchased can be redeemed in march 2026.

Maybe you can find out, what is planned? I don't think, Adobe needs to take the money and run away.

Please send me a copy of the warnings, that you have issued a few days ago, concerning your new rules, especially the dates . It flashed just a few seconds, leaving not enough time to read and understand.... I could not find it somewhere else..

83,000 photos are involved.... So, what do you suggest? I do not what to have them stored in a US-based cloud, for obvious reasons.

There was some info in the recent message, that the current account will be terminated 05/29/2025 or so.... I could not find this German language info on this Adobe website.

I got the warning message while I was working with LrC on my images. It popped up twice...

If it was a kind of spam or phishing attack...  Adobe should know, what messages they sent to German language customers

Around 2013 my Adobe account was hacked. I changed the pw and the mail address, but I still get strange messages at this old address (no Adobe context)

Sonst werde ich immer darauf hingewiesen, dass wenn ich auf Adobe.de bin,  nicht auf Adobe.at, Jetzt bin ich anscheinend auf dem US-Forum gelandet.

Warum leiten Sie meine Anfrage nicht auf die passende Website um.? Die Konditionen für DE/AT sind deutlich kundenfreundlicher..... Stattdessen soll ich irgendwo einen Herrn Gupta suchen?. Dass die Adobe Website unübersichtlich ist, räumen Sie an andere Stelle selbst ein ....

Ein Versuch mit Adobe de Kontakt aufzunehmen, endete bei einem virtuellen Assistenten: ER verstand nichts. Es kann nicht die Aufgabe eines Kunden sein, Ihren Assistenten zu trainieren.

Sehr verwirrend. Ich habe immer in Österreich gelebt und Adobe Produkte bei Amazon.de gekauft; das sollte in der EU kein Problem sein.... Zuletzt am 27.05.2025.  Es hat bisher geklappt. Wird  das künftig   nicht mehr möglich sein?

Anscheinend bin ich immer noch auf der US-Website. Warum?

Was der Inhalt der Panikmache (Termin Ende Mai!) war, haben Sie mir noch immer nicht mitgeteilt.

Das Land für das Profil habe ich geändert. Ich habe ein Abo, das bis 18.03.2026 läuft.

Ich  habe keine Cloud und will keine Cloud, nur Desktop. Ich habe nun mehr LrC 14.1.,  (Update, trotz der viel Beschwerden wegen Bugs! Ich habe nicht zugestimmt), prepaid 20GB läuft bis 18.03.2026. Auf Grund Ihrer Panikmache habe ich nun ein neues LR Prepaid (zitiert im 1. Posting) gekauft.

Der neue Code ist nur gültig bis 10.01.2026. Da stiehlt mir Adobe 2+ Monate? Wenn ich zu dem Zeitpunkt keinen Zugriff auf meinen PC habe (Urlaub), dann verfällt der Code? Wenn ich ihn vorher einlöse, bezahle ich doppelt? 

Welchen Zugriff habe ich ohne bezahltes Abo auf meine Bilder? Kann ich sie dann noch zB als JPG exportieren, die Suchfunktion nützen? Bisher konnte ich auch nach einer Pause ZB wegen Abwesenheit  eine neues  Abo wieder beginnen lassen.

Wieso sprechen Sie von einem Bonus? Worin soll der bestehen? There is no complimentary plan!
