No es problema del banco porque intente con 5 tarjetas distintas

use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter:

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacte

Hola Nadia, estoy teniendo el mismo problema que vos. Probe con tarjetas de 5 bancos diferentes, incluso le pedi a mis padres para probar con la de ellos. Todo da error, y del supoort de adobe no me dan ninguna respuesta.

Al parecer a los de @adobe poco le importa lo que pasa en este lado del mundo, uno quiere comprar original y no ayudan, ya estoy casi un mes probando con distintas tarjetas. Indiquen alguna solución por favor.

Hola, ayer recién pude pagar. Me communique con atencion al cliente todos los dÃas durante un poco más de una semana, hasta que un agente me dijo que mando mi caso a revision por otra area de atencion al cliente. Espere unos dÃas y como no recibia respuesta volvi a comunicarme y después de hablar con 3 agents uno pudo pagar mi suscripcion desde su cuenta usando mi tarjeta de debito de arg.

that's incorrect. users in europe can use klarna. i'm not sure about asia and africa.
