Adobe no permite pagar con tarjeta de crédito

Veo que es un problema recurrente en el foro de preguntas desde hace varios años, en la actualidad es un problema que persiste y es muy dificil contactar con alguien del servicio para obtener ayuda.

 

¿Como puedo solucionarlo? estoy un poco apurada por la compra ya que debo seguir trabajando.

¿Esto sucede en todos los paises?

contact adobe support or use a reseller like klarna.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely

Lo solucione comunicandome por X (ex Twitter) en la cuenta oficial de adobe, me generaron el enlace para pagar y lo hice por allí.
