I'm a creative cloud subscriber for sevarl years with Adobe, and I recently got to know that the last payment of my subscription was declined by bank because Adobe billing method is not compliant with Reserve Bank of India guidelines for credit cards which have came to effect recently. When contacted Adobe via Chat as well as Phone, where I could finally talk to human that call got dropped. While retried several times the call was still not entertained. This is really worst customer service from Adobe. Can someone from Adobe look at this message and help? And the worst part is Adobe do not have India based customer service person and this kind of transferring of call to some other country is just not helpful.

Thanks, yeah I reached the human earlier too but their lines just drop off in few seconds of conversation!
