Hey all,
Has any had or is still having isues with adobe products causing windows 10 to automatically shut down?
my computer has been randomly shutting down for a about 2 months
so after 2 months of trying to figure out what was wrong with my PC I decided to do a fresh install of windows and had no issues.
I slowy installed all my previous programs on the computer and noticed after installing adobe elements and reader my computer will start to randomly shut down.
so I removed all adobe products from my pc and its working fine now. after a few days, I tried it again installing only adobe elements and it happned again and the I uninstalled it and my computer works perfectly.
after a few more days I then installed adobe read and then the pc shutdown again so i decided to keep all adobe products off of my new computer
just looking for help on a fix or a walk around on getting this issure resolved?

Did anybody find a fix for this issue?
I recently installed Adobe Creative Cloud, and I'm now having this same problem. Windows 10.

I have been using Creative Cloud on Win 10 since CC released. I've never had any problems with Windows crashes.
Look at your crash logs in Windows Event Viewer. What is the faulting module that's causing Windows to crash? The most likely culprit is a missing or corrupted DLL (driver library file).
It's important to download & install the latest drivers for your video card, mouse, printer, tablet, and any other devices directly from the manufacturer's sites. Drivers shipped with Microsoft Windows may not be the latest or most compatible ones for your equipment.

How lucky for you.
Don't worry. I've already uninstalled Adobe Creative Cloud and all associated apps.
There are plenty of other software solutions for what I need that don't randomly crash my computer and then try to pretend it wasn't their fault.

You're talking to fellow product users who have many years of experience using the software. I'm telling you Creative Cloud does NOT crash my Windows 10 system.
I don't work for Adobe. I am an unpaid forum voluteer and have no reason to "pretend" anything. Did you check your crash logs as I asked?
