Adobe refusing to get me a refund

It started after I tried a free trial of the Adobe Creative Cloud, there was no cancel button so I thought that it won't auto renew, boy was i wrong. It took the money from my account and then after that happened I went to the support chat I was given a couple of months free on my subscription and was told that I may apply for a refund after that time has passed. After that time has passed i was denied a refund but were given couple more months free (on a subscription that i didn't buy intentionally or nor was i using) The time that was stated from the chat employee didn't pass but it got renewed anyway. I jumped into the help chat the second i saw it and still was denied a refund. I'm extremely disappointed on the way i was treated.
