I wasted time I will never recover trying to cancel a subscription that they had "tucked" into a "Personal" Profile using my work email address. I went for 8 full months trying to figure out WHY in god's name I was being billed $21.19 per month out of my bank account without ANY receipts or communication from Adobe. When I would search my Accounts (one linked to work email, one linked to personal email) both said "You have no active plans" and no billing was noted. Today after wasting said 90 minutes someone finally said I was being billed for a plan under a "Personal" profile linked to my work email - WTF? The agent had to walk me through a 4-step process to finally access that "profile" and then of course i could do nothing about it - she had to send me to another "group" to finally cancel.
Unbelievable that Adobe gets away with this - I wonder how much of their bottom line can be attributed to scamming people like me... probably in the hundreds of millions... USER BEWARE
