I was just being helped by your agent B, who disconnected on me as I was trying to get my problem solved. I need to cancel my Adobe Stock subscription without the $164.97 surcharge because 1. It was a free trial for the first 6 months, 2. I'm not even supposed to be charged that because the surcharge is for ALL Creative Cloud apps and I ONLY have adobe stock, and 3. Your agent just disconnected on me, not sure if it was just connection issues but I'm pretty sure B just left because I started to ask a lot of questions and then the chat just disconnected. I have screenshots of every message from that chat. I have proof.
Now the Adobe Virtual Assistant is taking forever to reconnect me. I don't know if you all are just avoiding me now or what.

Right. There is no such thing as free 6 month trial. You get 1 month free + a 14 day grace period to cancel without penalty.
Cancellation Terms:
You can cancel your subscription anytime via your Adobe Account page or by contacting Customer Support. If you cancel during the first month of your subscription, your payment method will not be charged, and your service will continue until the end of that month. If you cancel within the first 14 days of the second month of your subscription, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel more than 14 days after the start of your second month, you’ll be charged a lump sum amount of 50% of your remaining contract obligation and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.
