Adobe Stock payment issue

I was charged to my account for my Adobe Stock account, which was already cancel and wasn´t even showing on my profile as available or ever used. I have tried to contact a real person but is telling me to contact the administrator which I don´t know who that person is. I need assistance ASAP, I am a student and  the money is for my rent and I was not suppoused to be charge, somebody please help me to recover my money.
