I am trying to cancel my subscription, however once I go into 'My Plans' it says I have no items available, therefore nothing to cancel. Can anyone help?
I am also just looking for somewhere on here where I can actually talk to someone from Adobe to troubleshoot.
Are you sure you are using the corrct Adobe ID, Email and password that was used to purchase the subscription.
If you still have the Creative Cloud Desktop app installed, Either the older one or the newer one released about a week ago you can check your account from there.
Adobe has a lot of products & services. What exactly are you trying to cancel?
