Adobe took £50 from my bank account and I can't get a hold of their customer support

Every time I call I get cut off as soon as I explain the problem. Please someone help me so I can get my money back, cancel my subscription [Moderator:- Rant redacted]

You must have signed up for a plan and given your credit card? Otherwise, how could they have charged your card?
