I had a free 7 day trial for adobe photoshop, I didn't cancel this and when I relised that £32 had been taken from my account by adobe I went to cancel my subscription, however there was no subscription there? It says that I have no plans but my money has been taken anyway, i dont know what to do.

This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the Community Experts, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
Adobe provides support through the Chat function on the contact page, through a phone call, or through TwiXter (send post to @AdobeCare).
There is no email support, so beware of scammers.

Yes, the bot want's to check the issue so that it can connect you to the right agent. But sometimes it is a little difficult to work around. But it always answers. It's a bot!
