good day everyone...
my subscription seems to in a bit of a mess.
i have been a subscriber for many years and have renewed when asked. so according to my bank statements i am paying monthly yet i still get messages saying i need to renew. i think partly as a result of this my catalogue doesnt seem to be updating properly and lightroom doesnt link up with my photographs as it always has done.
any help would be gratefully received.
