What if you just say it's a free trial until today, but don't tell me the exact time? Are you kidding me? If you write down that it's a free trial until today and not what time it's until today, of course, it's until 24 o'clock today. So I was going to cancel the plan around this evening, but suddenly the payment was made today. Obviously, it's Adobe's fault. It's robbing consumers of money. As soon as you see this, please cancel my plan, cancel the payment, and refund it. I'm so dumbfounded. I didn't even use any Adobe programs today. And if I cancel the plan myself, I don't think Adobe will give me another refund, so please cancel and refund the plan yourself. Please do it as soon as possible.
Hi there,
We appreciate the question. I checked your account details and found that you subscribed to free trial for Adobe Creative Cloud all apps. It is important to understand that the subscription dates are counted till day end as per your timezone.
Since it is the 7th day of your subscription, it is advisable to cancel it before the trial ends to avoid getting charged in case you do not wish to proceed with using the application further.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Shivan

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.
there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
