Hi, I've been a long-time Adobe Photoshop subscriber, but now I'm considering canceling my subscription. I have an annual contract with a monthly charge. The annual subscription was made on 31.3 and the contract will be renewed if no cancellation is made. So my question is, do I have to cancel 14 days before 31.3 so that the annual contract is not renewed? Or what is this talk about the 14-day time limit? Also, when I cancel, will the license continue until the end of the month I paid for, e.g. if I cancel on 1.3.2026?

Thanks for posting about your commitment to Adobe, Klaus. We appreciate your long-term use of our services. I see that you have several accounts, and I understand the desire to save money by canceling your individual subscription. You can find information on the cancellation process at https://adobe.ly/49fKpoO. Your current commitment ends in early April, so please bookmark https://adobe.ly/4speBqm for directions on how to complete the self-cancel process. I would recommend setting a reminder in March, along with the self-cancel information, so you can complete the cancellation without incurring any fees for ending the annual commitment early, Klaus. ^JW
