Hi, my subscription for Illustrator expires on 10/02/17 but i do not wish to continue with automatic renewal. The problem is that when I log in there is no cancellation option under "Plans & Products " and when I press the only option "Manage plan" it just takes me to a page for updating my billing info but again with no option to cancel.
Appreciate the assistance.

You have to be logged in with your Adobe ID.

Phone numbers are different depending on the region where you live.
To change the region click on the small globe in the bottom left corner of this page.
Example:
Click "Account issues"
Click "Cancel my membership"
Click the blue button "Show me my contact options"
Choose Chat or Phone, there will appear the phone number.
Note the time zone if mentioned.

The Cancel button should appear within the last month before the end of the subscription. Did you get an email message to the address of your Adobe ID email? You should too.
If you can't or don't want to wait use the customer care chat or phone. Contact Customer Care
It's much of Q&A and clicking here and there - they don't like to see you go and they let you feel that ...

I did get the mail that my subscription will automatically renew, but it doesn't mention anywhere what to do in case I do not want to continue the subscription (which I believe it should be mentioned). Web site is not at all helpful, going around in loops to end up back to the forum, where the replies from Adobe support I've seen in other threads is to contact the customer support with a link that takes you again in same options...
Do you have any contact number for customer care perhaps?
