Bonjour,
Je souhaite annuler mon abonnement annuel, qui a été renouvelé le 13 octobre 2022. On me demande maintenant de payer 110 euros en frais d'annulation, ce que je trouve vraiment excessif pour quelques jours, puisque nous sommes le 17 et que ça fait plusieurs jours que je cherche à contacter Adobe. Je ne trouve pas l'option "chat" en ligne, et j'ai trouvé un numéro de téléphone, mais après une attente de 40 minutes sans réponse, je me tourne donc vers le forum.
J'annule mon abonnement en raison du prix trop élevé et je me suis tourné vers un compétiteur de qualité qui offre un logiciel gratuit. Puisque le contact direct avec le service client d'adobe semple pratiquement impossible, je suis d'autant plus décidée à annuler mon abonnement.

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare
p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

Thanks for the quick reply. The problem with this fee is that it is within 14 days of the renewal of my annual subscription, AND I never got contacted to see if I wanted to continue for another year.
As for the ways to reach Adobe:
- Chat: even when using the link you sent ad staying on the USA website instead of the French one, no chat field appears (see screenshots attached)
- Twitter: I get a message that @**scam email address** cannot be messaged
- I'm now trying the phone number from the list you provided, so crossing my fingers it will work!
If there is a way you can suggest how I can find the chat, it would actually be the best option - then I wouldn't have to wait on the phone for such a long time 🙂
