Ma formule d'essai ACROBAT READER se finit le 22 Octobre. J'essaie depuis 24h de l'annuler mais IMPOSSIBLE de le faire depuis ma gestion de comptes. La page affiche "IMPOSSIBLE de collecter les données"
Que puis-je faire? Je lis sur le FORUM que plusieurs personnes sont dans le même cas! Si c'est le cas c'est simplement et purement une fraude!

You should be able to cancel at any point, regardless of when Adobe chooses to update their servers. A smart system will keep such a request in a buffer and execute it (with a retroactive timestamp) when the servers become available, or not perform all the updates to all the servers at the same time, so there's always some fallback machine running. I suggest

@ivanka_8873 it isn't fraud, like many businesses, servers need updating and they do it after-hours. Depending where you are it may be day-time but where the head office Adobe is, which in San Jose, California, U.S.A. which is 2:10am PST at the time of this comment.
It does appear according to Adobe Status, the is alot of going on: https://status.adobe.com
Just hope back on after 8am PST, and it should be up... or else alot of people will be complaining!

Thank you for your response, but users are not supposed to know that Adobe has specific reboot or update schedules that make it impossible to cancel a trial version at certain times depending on their time zone.
This could have been explained in the FAQ to avoid any misunderstandings.
In short, I will try to cancel again in a few hours.

Avez vous réussi à annuler votre abonnement ? Je suis exactement dans le même cas que vous. Je ne parviens pas à l'annuler car je n'ai pas accès à la gestion de ma formule sur mon compte. On m'indique que j'y aurais accès bientôt mais quand ? Cela fait 24h que j'ai souscrit à une formule adobe. Je commence à croire aussi à une fraude ... Je ne recommanderai pas cette entreprise autour de moi...
