bonjour je suis vraiment déçu de adobe accrobat j'ai pris un abonnement de un mois sans engagement pour traiter des documents, j'ai eu droit qu'à trois tentative et après il fallait encore payer pour bénéficier des fonctionnalités. et pire encore ils continuent à me débiter alors que j'avais choisis une formule sans engagement. c'est une vrai anarque. et j'arrive pas du tout à me désabonné. très déçu...

Thanks for reporting this. Could you please help us which subscription did you purchase? Was it 'Acrobat Pro DC' or 'AI Assistant for Acrobat'?
