Annuler mon abonnement pas en 2026, mais en 2025, aucun support à la clientèle

Le système ne me permet pas de contacter uune personne, le système a été assez idiot pour annuler l'abonnement en 2026 au lieu de 2025 et je ne peux rien faire ni contacter personne.  Où puis-je trouver de l'aide pour arranger ça svp ?
