Bonjour,
J'ai souscrit à un abonnement créative cloud il y a 1 an en réduction (étudiant + black friday). Il était censé se terminer en novembre mais le programme a à nouveau procédé à un engagement d'1 an à 30€ sans me le demander et pour résilier mon abonnement je dois payer des frais. Que puis-je faire ? Je pensais que l'abonnement se terminerait et je n'ai pas donné mon accord pour le prolonger d'un an et je suis coincée.
