Mi è arrivata la mail di rinnovo dell'abbonamento dopo un anno di utilizzo, ma non l'ho letta, quindi si è riattivato lo stesso senza successo perché non ho aggiornato il metodo di pagamento. Mi è arrivata una mail in cui mi comunicano che, se non rinnovo il metodo di pagamento, l'abbonamento verrà automaticamente annullato. 

 

Non avrò problemi successivamente in merito al mancato pagamento del rinnovo giusto? Allego foto dell'avviso. Schermata 2022-06-18 alle 14.53.22.png

Ignoring this does not release you from your 12 month obligation.  You must update your payment card details at once so you can cancel and absorb the 50% penalty fee.  Or update your payment card details and wait until your 12th month of service to cancel.  Your choice.

Thanks a lot for your answer. I read the subscription terms and it says that after 1 year of using Creative Cloud I don't have any "annual commitment". Tomorrow I'm contacting the support team anyways because it doesn't make sense

If you don't cancel, it automatically renews for another 1 year TERM.

 

"Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will automatically renew annually without notice until you cancel."
