Annullare l'abbonamento annuale in scadenza

Ho sottoscritto involontariamente un abbonamento annuale che dovrebbe essere in scadenza ma non posso accedere alla possibilità di farlo perchè due mesi fa è stata annullata la carte di credito con cui facevo i pagamenti per via di un problema di phishing. Come posso essere certa che l'abbonamento sarà annullato?

You have to talk to Customer Support. This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the Adobe Community Professionals, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
