anulowanie planu

Cześć mam problem. Zakupiłam plan 27.11.2020r. nadmienię że jest to plan roczny. chce w dniu dzisiejszym zrezygnować z niego a mamy 30.11. 2021.... i w momemcie kiedy go chce anulowac wyskakuje mi informacjka że jeśli dzisiaj go anuluje to naliczą mi opłate ponad 300 EUR. o co chodzi ?!!
