Mi è stato proposto l'abbonamento al servizio "Archiviazione file Creative Cloud 1 TB" e quando ho deciso di cancellarlo, mi è stato segnalato che avrei perso tutto il resto dell'abbonamento Premium. Mi date una spiegazione? Grazie

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

use a browser that allows popups and cookies

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
