I tell you that I had an annual plan for Acrobat export PDF, which I hired last year. I just realized that it is an annual plan that is automatically reactivated. I am not interested in using this service anymore. So recently, I canceled it. Now, I'm waiting for my $25 payment to be returned.

 

Acrobat should notify your customers before applying the payment.

Automatic renewal is stated in the Terms.  That's what you agreed to when you joined. If you intend to cancel, Adobe expects you to cancel in the first year, before it auto renews.
