automatically increased annual fee without notification | changing plan & refundation

Hello, 

I could not find any helpdesk, or another way how to get troubleshooted, so i try to get some help here.

 

I had a student annual fee for 19.99eur/month for a year.

But then i found out that this year i got rised to a standard price even without notification.

I would like to get back to my student fee or refund me this year because this is ridiculous increasion. 

And what more, when i try to refund it. It charges me 50% from increased price, which i never wanned. 

 

I started my subscribtion on 2021/05/02 and got extracharged and prolonged my subscription without my confirmation on 2022/05/02. Today is 5/16 what i was glad that i am still in 14days from annual subscription of this year get the full refund even legaly, but adobe does not allow me to. 

 

Anyway, to get in touch with a employee form adobe will take also couple of days. So i am not even expecting to get full refund. But i would be glad to be informed 1) why my studen plan ended without any reason and 2) why i didnt get noticed and finally 3) if there is a way to get back my subscription plan to where it was and to get my money back from this unfair situation.

The standard price is about $50.

The standard STUDENT price is $30.

The first year special price for students is $20.

So what has happened is normal, and you still save 40% compared to all us non-students.
