Automatically Renewed without notification and now requesting a £139 Cancellation Fee?

I have just completed 12 months Creative Cloud All Apps on 30th November 2019.

 

I have not used the service as much as I'd hoped and I would like to cancel but as I have just missed the end of contract the service has automatically renewed without any notification. To cancel I am now being told I need to pay £139! 

 

Adobe I would really like to cancel the service but I think £139 is extortionate for a mistake and 1 day over?  Your chat support is not working so can someone please respond her or message my account.
