Ayuda, no encuentro la cuenta que me cobra a mi tarjeta

Adobe me descuenta todos los meses 27.917 pesos, revisé mi cuenta de adobe y no tiene registrada esa tarjeta, es una tarjeta que termina en 0922, no tengo como localizar la cuenta que me cobra ese dinero, le escribí al chat de Adobe, pero me indica que los agentes virtuales no están disponibles en este momento, no sé que más hacer. Ayuda

sign out of your cc desktop app and then sign back in, using the account shown at the link i posted.

@Benja_Cordomi why don't you just go toyour account, adobe.com? Click on the avatar icon in top right corner, which wyou will see 'Manage Accounts' .  A new window will open, and click on 'Plans and Payment' - Orders and invoices.

But, if you purchased elsewhere such as with Google Play or Apple App Store, contact the store directly. Adobe doesn't have access to those accounts and billings and Adobe can't look at those account!

Yo soy de Chile, y para usar la herramienta solo me lo permitió a través de la página Americana, me di cuenta que era esta cuenta la que tenía inscrita la tarjeta, lo cual lo encontré raro porque antes no aparecía, pero bueno, hice el pago. Ahora que hice el pago, quiero desactivar el plan, pero Adobe me sigue indicando que no he pagado el plan, encuentro vergonzoso que esto ocurra, necesito de forma urgente cancelar mi plan, ya lo pagué así que ahora debería poder y aún así no me deja, porfavor ayuda!
