I am absolutely appalled. I cannot get my refund on something I was charged for. I went to support to figure this out and they tell me I wasn't charged? Then what is the $21.19 charge on my account telling me "Lightroom" was where this charge came from. They did nothing about this issue and kept telling me I had something wrong. I will never use this app again and will be telling others how terrible it is. I knew I was getting charged but I misunderstood the pricing of this subscription. I thought it was $19.99 a year $2 a month. I see on my charges it was the opposite of what I thought and assumed this would be an easy cancellation process but I was totally wrong. Don't get this app and fall into the trap I did.
